Attention Prioritization Subroutine

(brief outline)

1)      As referenced to in (3) of the out line of the data extraction routine, each newly identified contiguous pixel in 1st level analysis of visual data triggers a 1 bit data transfer to the subroutine outlined in this brief specification.  Since each pixel occupies an equal percentage of the visual field, these data transfers are notifiying this subroutine that an increasingly large area of the visual field is occupied by the visual feature undergoing analysis.   Each additional unit occupied increases tentative priority in a non linear fashion, as illustrated below.

2)      As tentative priority increases, previous iterations of this subroutine are checked (after adjustment for motion of observer perspective) to determine how long a potentially high priority object has been in visual field;  If the object is new, final prioritization is higher.  Illustration below shows effect of time on final prioritization
